Offering so much more than a typical cabin rental, these chalets are the perfect headquaters for your Rocky Mountain family vacation.
Each chalet will sleep up to six in three queen beds and features 2 baths, a cozy fireplace and full kitchen.
The Great Room has 20’ vaulted ceilings covered in knotty pine and features massive windows facing the mountains and surrounding views. A very large fireplace, TV with DVD and CD, overstuffed couch and chairs highlight this huge room.
The main floor has a Master bedroom with Queen bed and a Master bath with shower and two sinks. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook for six, microwave, four burner gas stove/oven, full fridge, all utensils pots and pans. Up the log staircase to the loft which has two queen beds and a full bath with tub/shower. An outdoor gas grill on the covered porch makes grilling a breeze. Two opening skylights offer awesome views of the night sky as well as ventilation. These also have day/night shades for the late sleepers. Stone tile, locally crafted peeled log railing, custom cabinetry and furniture compliment these comfortable chalets.

General Policies
Rates are subject to change, and each Chalet is priced for two people. $25 for each additional person in the Chalet. Local tax is 6.9%.
Children of all ages are welcome in the Chalets, and kids under the age of 1 stay free !!. |

Cancellation/Reservation Policies |
|
Policies:
- 2 night minimum stay, maximum of 6 per Chalet
- No indoor smoking, no outdoor fires
- Chalet #1 and Chalet #5 are pet friendly, additional policies for pets
- Chalet #5 is ADA compatible
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more needed to cancel a reservation with a $50 cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days but more than 14 days notice, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, unless the Chalet is rerented, then your deposit is refunded less a $50 cancellation fee
- Less than 14 days notice, you will be charged in full, unless the Chalet is rerented, then your deposits will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee
Rates and Deposits:
- $200 per night for two people, add $25 additional per person up to six for a total of $300
- $10 per pet per night, limit two pets
- 50% deposit charged at time of reservation, balance charged 14 days prior to arrival
- Refundable damage deposit of $250 required
- Refundable pet deposit of $25 required per pet.
- No charge for children less than 1 year old, but they still count as one of the 6 persons
- Housekeeping available for an additional fee

Check in time is 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if arriving later than 6 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m. |

Pet Policy |
|
Pets are welcome in Chalet #1 and Chalet #5, advance notice please. There is a fee of $10 per dog. No dogs allowed on the furniture. No dog may be left unattended unless they are crated. We have an outdoor leash law, and please pick up after your pet.
We have stalls, paddocks and pastures available for horses of our overnight guests. To avoid any inconvenience, we require current negative coggins and health papers on all horses. $10.50 per horse per night including grass hay. |
